眩暈（英語：vertigo）是人體對自身或周圍物體、環境感到旋轉、起伏、漂浮、晃動或傾倒等相對運動的一種主觀幻覺（無外界刺激）或錯覺（有外界刺激）。患者常有天旋地轉、平衡感喪失[1][2]的主訴，不適感相當強，且常伴隨噁心、嘔吐、盜汗或是行走困難。
